Booking Conditions for the Kingscliffe Society visits
Sorry but we are going to have to start having them. Costs of hire of the coach are going up and up, and sometimes we are also being asked to confirm attraction entry numbers 2 weeks in advance and to agree to pay for these numbers when we confirm them. Because of these conditions we cannot always continue to give full refunds if you drop out at the last minute. If we have not had to pay your entry fee then obviously we will refund that portion of the cost. Also I will also keep a waiting list and if we are able to resell your ticket(s) then we will happily refund the cost.
Because of the increase in coach hire costs we need to try to fill the coach as much as possible, also we are now having an additional pick up point in Hove (for the ease of our many Hove travellers!) This means that for couples/friends boarding at the last pick up point there may well not be two adjacent seats for them, in order to overcome this we will be issuing numbered tickets for the coach. Obviously if you wish to travel with someone just mention this on your booking form and I will ensure that you get a seat next to them, even if you don’t get on at the same stop. Also if there is a portion of the coach where you prefer to travel, again note this on your booking form
If you wish me to send you your tickets then include a stamped addressed envelope with your application, otherwise I will be getting on the coach at the first pick up point and will have your tickets there for you, as will someone at each subsequent pick up point.
